My name is David Richards. I’m a recent graduate from BYU and I’m moving down to Orange County in the middle of August to start work in Irvine. I’m looking for a place to live in the Pierside Ward boundaries, somewhere around the numbered streets. I visited the ward back in May and looked at a few places.
