I am looking for a girl to fill a large private room.  The room has a walk-in closet and and an extra closet for storage.  The room is $740.00 a month plus half the utilities (electric, gas and internet/cable).  I need someone to move in ASAP!!!  I have already paid for the month of July (you can move in july).

I will need the first months rent no later then Aug 1st.  I live on Orange and 15th in an apartment complex, 2 blocks from beach and walking distance to main.  I am in the Pierside Boundaries.  Laundry is on the property and there is a one car garage.
